We were recently one of many families without A/C during our last hottest weeks in beautiful Arizona. We were referred to Hilco Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating for our A/C solution, we worked directly with Logan Mc Queen (Logan) and he was an absolute professional every step of the way! On top of already dealing with our A/C issues, I experienced a medical situation and had to leave my home in the middle of them working on everything. It was a true blessing to be working with Logan as he reassured my son that he would secure our home. Logan went above & beyond, he called to check on me and informed us he was closing up. In today's day and age, it is a rare occasion to have this level of care & concern from a company. It was refreshing to be able to speak to anyone at any given time and have them understand what they were doing and in turn, answer any question without seeming interrupted or annoyed. Let's not forget the two gorgeous American Standard A/C units they installed, along with all the complications that come with a tri-level house, but the entire crew worked with positive and caring attitudes & demeanors. It truly was a pleasure working with everyone and feeling genuine care & concern from the company from the top to the bottom!!! I trust the people at Hilco. They give honest advice with no hard sells. Hilco replaced my old HVAC and recommended adding a duct in the warmest room in my house. The comfort level increased in a big way and my APS bill actually went down and I have even temps all over the house.

I have used HilCo Mechanical for all my A/C needs for almost 20 years. The service has always been excellent and I trust Brian to be completely honest with me. He has been excellent in keeping me aware when issues are detected, giving me a heads up. (This part is showing wear. You don't have to replace it now but I want you to be aware it will need replaced in the future and the estimated cost is $_.) I recently replaced my A/C and it was moved additional square footage from renovations. This required involvement by a trusted, qualified roofer and he gave HilCo high praises for the job they did!! I would highly recommend HilCo to anyone!!
